Questions.
- Who pays for the agents?
- You do, to Cursor, on every plan. ChangeBox launches and governs the work on your Cursor key; your Cursor bill never passes through us. The one-time Baseline is the exception: it runs on ChangeBox's capacity, which is what the price covers.
- What counts as an app and a repository?
- An app is one product people use: a site, a service, a mobile app. A repository is one GitHub repository connected to it. A product with a frontend, a backend and an admin is one app with three repositories.
- What is a Baseline?
- A full audit of an app across all of its repositories and 33 domains, with evidence for every finding and a plan. Plans run it on a schedule; Business and up also run an incremental one on every landing. You can buy one on its own without a plan.
- I bought a Baseline. Does it count toward a plan?
- Yes. Start any plan within 30 days and the audit's price comes off your first invoice.
- Can I change plans?
- Any time, from Settings → Plan. Stripe prorates. Going down keeps your data; anything over the new limits stays read-only until you are under them.
- What happens on Free when I hit a limit?
- Nothing breaks. ChangeBox tells you which limit and shows the plan that lifts it. Your app, reports and history stay.
- Agencies and consultancies?
- Delivery: client workspaces so each client sees only its own apps, reports in your name, and a pool of Baselines to run on prospects before they are clients.
- Enterprise?
